Notes & Tips
- Storage: Store the leftover peach compote in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Make it dairy-free: Swap the Greek yogurt for your favorite high-protein dairy-free yogurt.
- Add more protein: Sprinkle on hemp hearts or stir a scoop of vanilla protein powder into the yogurt before assembling.
- Sweetness: Taste your peach before adding the honey. If it’s extra sweet, you can reduce the honey or leave it out altogether.
