Ingredients
| Cantaloupe | 1 |

| Prosciutto | 5 oz |

Step-by-Step Instructions
1 Ball the melon
Cut the cantaloupe in half. Scrape out the seeds then use a melon baller to create balls out of the flesh.
2 Season the mozzarella
Drain the Ciliegine then toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3 Assemble the skewers
Add a melon ball, basil leaf, about half of a prosciutto slice, and a mozzarella ball onto a skewer. Assemble the remaining skewers.
4 Finish and serve
Drizzle olive oil and the balsamic glaze on top. Finish with a sprinkle of salt. Enjoy!
Notes & Tips
- This is best eaten within the same day, but it can keep in the fridge for 1-2 days.
- Drizzle on the balsamic glaze just before serving.
- For a classic tomato caprese, you can substitute the cantaloupe with cherry tomatoes.
